All of our products are of the highest quality and ready to wear, sent to us by courier so you don’t have to wait forever (nobody wants that!) Please read below to see how our ordering process works!

Purchase your helper hair
Use your Credit Card, Afterpay, Paypal or Direct Debit (Australia only) to pay for your gorgeous new helper hair and goodies.
Ordering from the Supplier
We will then order your gorgeous new style direct from our international suppliers in the US and Europe. About 7 to 10 business days later* we will receive your order in our office in the Barossa Valley, SA.
* It averages about this long at present, but if there’s hold ups, like a Covid spike in the region, there can be delays. (Often it’s quicker, too!)
We check every single wig and topper that comes through, to make sure it’s what you ordered, and looks perfect, just for you!

We then send out your helper hair to your specified address through Australia Post, with no charge to you for delivery*! Sweet!

Ordering Q & A
Our wigs and toppers/hairpieces all come from highly reputable international wig suppliers. We do not promote cheap and shoddy products here! Our suppliers are located both in Europe (Belle Madame are in Germany) and in the United States (Belle Tress, Jon Renau and Amore are in California, Estetica are in Pennsylvania), and we order directly from them. The physical manufacture of synthetic wigs and wig products is undertaken in specialist facilities located in South East Asia, Europe and the US.
Generally it takes between 3 and 10 business days for items that are in stock with the supplier to arrive on our shores, though it averages about 4 to 6 usually. We order on a Tuesday and sometimes on Thursdays, too, but we are conscious that, at the moment, the world is a bit crazy, and our suppliers are taking care of their staff, too, so we need to be flexible.
We try very hard to keep our inventory up to date, so for the most part, any stock that is orderable is available from the supplier at that time. For items that are not currently in stock with the supplier for whatever reason, we can obtain a best estimate on the timeframe to get your item in, and contact you. In this situation, you can wait for the stock to come in, change your order to another item, or refund the purchase price – the choice is always yours.
We order from our suppliers via Courier, to ensure the stock arrives as quickly as possible, and in perfect condition.
No! We know from personal experience how disappointing this can be as a customer, so we do our very best to keep our inventory listings up to date with our suppliers current stock each week, and don’t do ‘backorders’. If we know something is out of stock at the supplier, we remove it from our inventory, so you can’t actually order it until it is available. We do this each week, so we can catch most out of stock items before you order them.
We would recommend that you choose from available colours to avoid long waits and potential disappointments, but if you have your heart set on one colour and style, email us what you’re after and we’ll get you an ETA.
At present our suppliers in the US and Europe, and our couriers, and doing the best to keep it as ‘business as usual’, though things are going a little slow sometimes. If anything big happens, we will be letting you know asap on the website, and on our Social Media pages.
We offer both direct payments via Credit Card through Square, and also Paypal to our customers. Square is a gateway that keeps your transactions secure between us and your financial institution. Some customers prefer Paypal as they offer additional services to account holders, such as direct debit through your verified bank account.
Whichever method you choose, rest assured that your cc and account details are completely invisible to us – we will never actually see your payment information.
Yes! If you are ordering in Australia and you would prefer to pay by direct debit from your Australian bank account, you are very welcome to do so. This would allow you to use Internet Banking, or visit your branch and make a payment to our account over the counter.
Simply click on this option during the checkout and follow the directions. Easy!
Once the payment is cleared, we will process your order as normal.

If you have an account with us, then you can simply log into that account and check out the status of your order. We will update it as it moves through the process.
You will also receive emails throughout the order process to let you know what’s happening, and we will email you with an Australia Post tracking number when your product order is on its way. You are very welcome to email us at [email protected] for assistance at any time throughout the process.
We are proud to support our national postal carrier, Australia Post – we think they do a great job (especially in our local Barossa Valley branches). We hope you support them, too!

We would also say that there’s sometimes a feeling of disappointment when you first pull a wig out of the box, simply because it has not been loved and might look, well, wiggy! If you give that style some TLC, play with it, wear it, enjoy it, you just might find that you love it! Don’t be afraid to make it yours. Remember you chose that one for a reason, so don’t give up too quickly!

We have periodic sales of our different ranges and styles, and have store wide sales at least twice a year, so watch our website and social media, or sign up for our newsletter for details as to when they are happening.
