Wig Warrior Company Policy
All prices online apply for purchases on our store at the time of purchase. Any items purchased at discount prices, for eg, as a result of a sale or a promotion, are offered for a limited time only and the price of the item/s will revert to regular pricing and the cessation of the sale or promotion.
All prices are in Australian Dollars ($AU). At this time Wig Warrior is not registered to collect GST.
3. PRODUCT DESCRIPTIONS
All product descriptions on our site are as accurate as possible according to the descriptions of products as provided by our suppliers. Please be aware that all products possess slight differences from piece to piece, particularly with wigs and hairpieces. Wig Warrior takes no responsibility for differences that may occur across individual products in a range where the customer expectation of the product is different to the resulting product ordered, and products will not be exchanged or refunded on the basis of small differences in the product ordered from the product pictured or described.
Colour samples and images should be used as a guide only. Actual colours may vary. The description of a colour is given as accurately as possible, but is subject to personal opinion. We offer a guide for all of our colours on our website, as well as reviews of colours on our Youtube channel to assist your purchasing, but are not responsible for incorrect choice of colour.
5. ORDER PROCESSING AND DELIVERY
Please note that due to a large inventory, not all item(s) are immediately available at the time of order placement. Our site will inform you when you are searching for your item whether or not we have that item in stock. We attempt to keep this listing up to date as much as possible, but at times there may be an item which is listed as available, or available for order, but is actually not currently available for order via our suppliers. In this case we will inform you after you have ordered your product that it is currently unavailable, and that you can either back order or we give you the option to change to another item or cancel your order if you would prefer not to wait.

All in stock items are sent out to customers within 48 hours of your order via Australia Post.
7. AVAILABLE FOR ORDER ITEMS
‘Available for Order’ items are ordered directly from our suppliers in accordance with your requirements. These orders can take up to 14 business days for us to receive them. Once they have been received they are carefully inspected for quality and integrity before being sent out to you via Australia Post.
8. OUT OF STOCK ITEMS/CURRENTLY UNAVAILABLE ITEMS
Items Out Of Stock/Currently Unavailable are not currently available either from our warehouse or from our suppliers. Please check back regularly for restocking of the item you are interested in, or alternately email us at [email protected] for more information.
Our primary freight carrier for purchases in Australia is Australia Post. This is a door to door service including delivery to Post Office Boxes and offers online internet tracking. Orders in New Zealand are sent initially via Australia Post, and then via New Zealand Post.
Delivery within Australia normally takes approximately 1 to 3 working days depending on the location and if you are within the Next Day Delivery Network.
Delivery to New Zealand can vary in time, but we would suggest to our NZ customers to allow at least 14 days for your delivery to transit from our offices to your door, just in case of delays across the Tasman.

A fee of $20.00 will automatically be charged for any changes or modifications you request to your order within the first 24 hours after the order is placed. This includes item, colour, payment, shipping, or coupon redemption changes. NO changes can be made after 24 hours of order placement.
12. REFUND & EXCHANGE POLICY
Wig Warrior abides by consumer law in Australia in relation to faulty products. We do not refund for change of mind or incorrect choice, but may exchange provided conditions are met for exchange. Please refer to our Refund and Exchange Policy for further details about our exchanges.
13. RETURNED PRODUCTS AND CANCELLATION FEE
For any shipments returned to us due to a bad address, refusal upon delivery, or cancellation after 24 hours of placing the order; there will be a 50% fee charged due, being 50% of the total order value plus the total delivery cost. Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable.
Should you cancel your order within 24 hours of order placement, a 30% fee will be charged, being 30% of the total cost of your order, so please choose carefully.
Cancellations after 48 hours of order placement will incur a 100% fee (ie, they will not be refunded).
14. PAYMENT METHODS
We currently accept Paypal as our payment method, allowing you to pay securely via their service with your credit card or linked accounts (if applicable). Please refer to the Paypal website for more information about Paypal and their services.
(Please note that Paypal is an external service and, as such, is not controlled or managed by Wig Warrior).
We also provide Direct Debit as an option for your purchases for those who would rather not use PayPal. You will be provided with the transfer details upon checkout, and the order will be fulfilled only when the funds have been cleared in our account.
Wig Warrior is fully protected with an SSL Certificate to ensure your information is secure. Credit Card information entered is not stored on Wig Warrior’s servers to ensure your security and peace of mind.
All reviews of Wig Warrior products, including our Youtube reviews, are made according to the personal opinions of Wig Warrior staff and do not represent the opinions or policies of suppliers or other third parties. Wig Warrior reviews are all made in good faith and with as much accuracy as possible, however customer opinion may differ to ours, and as such we do not offer any recompense for customer orders on the basis of our reviews where the customer opinion differs.
Wig Warrior policy is to respect and protect the privacy of our users. All personal information collected on this site is kept strictly confidential and not sold, reused, rented, disclosed, or loaned. Your personal information is used by us exclusively for the purpose of fulfilling your order and making your buying experience a success.
17. FRAUD AND THEFT
Credit card fraud and theft of our merchandise will be prosecuted to the full extent of Australian law.
